This afternoon I made another visit to Gumbo Cemetery in Chesterfield, Missouri. I hadn’t been there yet with the new camera, and I was excited to get more practice in! This cemetery is the resting place of Clara, from my Grave Adoption series. All photos taken with the Canon Rebel T3i and a prime 50mm f/1.4 lens.

You’re getting too good. Soon there will be no dealing with you! 🙂

Oh please. I’m sure I’ll be over photography soon and moving onto portrait painting… or scrapbooking… or crochet (wait I’ve already done crochet.)

All lovely, as usual. (God, I envy you your weather.)
Can I have the one shot through the “keyhole” for #hauntedphotoaweek?

Absolutely! Wish I was cool enough for it. Is there a way for me to see them all without having Instagram and all that?

You are cool, Patrick. I’m betting you’ll eventually decide to get onto one photo-sharing site or another.Until then, I’ll happily steal your pictures and tuck them into galleries.
Turns out it’s easiest for me to upload FB and Twitter contributions (from my favorite regulars*) to the feeder gallery I made at Flickr. You can see that here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/hauntedphotoaweek/
(That’s where I put the keyhole pic.)
If you want to see the stuff that gets contributed to Instagram, you can look at the tab labelled #hauntedphotoaweek, inside the Instagram box, on my Paranormalist FB page.
I don’t have an easy way to show you the stuff at Pinterest.
Doesn’t matter much, because all the best stuff that goes into any of the 3 feeder galleries will get posted to the “ultimate” gallery at my blog at the end of each month. That’s here: http://theparanormalist.wordpress.com/hauntedphotoaweek/
*You aren’t the only one I’m doing courtesy uploads for. Matthew and Tim each suggested a shot for inclusion too.
If you do decide to look into photo-sharing, I’d suggest Flickr for you. That’s were the more careful photography goes, whereas Instagram is more snap-shot-y.

Thank you for both organizing a cool opportunity for paranerdal photographers, and for including my shots! Based on your suggestion, I think I’m going to start a Flickr!
